As part of our commitment to supporting the next generation in Quebec’s insurance sectors, ClicAssure is proud to announce the creation of the ClicAssure Scholarship. This initiative aims to encourage students who distinguish themselves through academic engagement and a passion for the insurance industry.

Scholarship Objective

The goal of the scholarship is to financially support students enrolled in a damage insurance or personal insurance program at an institution recognized by the Quebec Ministry of Education.

Scholarship Amount

ClicAssure will award 5 scholarships of $1,000 each to students who stand out through the quality of their application and passion for the insurance field, for a total of $5,000.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the ClicAssure Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be enrolled full-time or part-time, between October 1 2024 and April 31 2025, in a program specializing in damage insurance or personal insurance at an institution recognized by the Quebec Ministry of Education.
• Provide official proof of enrollment in their program.
• Submit an application before the deadline, including a presentation of their professional goals and their interest in the insurance industry.

Selection Criteria for Recipients

Scholarships will be awarded to students who have distinguished themselves the most based on the following criteria:

• Motivation and Professional Project: A motivation letter explaining interest in the insurance sector and the student’s professional goals.
• Personal Presentation: A video or a letter in which the candidate explains why they deserve the scholarship and their ambition in the insurance industry.

Participation Procedure and Required Documentation

Students must submit their complete application by January 31, 2025. Applications must include:

• Proof of enrollment in the damage or personal insurance program.
• A CV highlighting academic and professional achievements.
• A motivation letter describing professional goals and reasons for applying to the ClicAssure Scholarship.
• A personal presentation (video or letter) showcasing their motivation, commitment, and passion for the insurance industry.
• Optional: A recommendation letter from a professor or an employer (optional but recommended).

Application Deadline

The deadline to submit your application is January 31, 2025.

Scholarship Awarding

Winners will be contacted in February 2025 for the official award ceremony. Results may be announced publicly on the ClicAssure website and partner websites.

Terms and Conditions

1. ClicAssure reserves the right to publish the names and photos of the 2024 ClicAssure Scholarship winners.
2. ClicAssure reserves the right to validate the authenticity of the documents provided, including proof of enrollment in an insurance program.
3. Ineligible participants: Employees, executives, administrators, and directors of ClicAssure, their immediate family members (siblings, children, parents), their spouses (legal or common-law), and anyone sharing their residence.
4. The deadline for applications is January 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Any application received after this period will not be accepted.
5. Each application will be evaluated by the 4 members of the Jury, composed of ClicAssure's management committee members.
6. The official selection date of the applications will be February 10, 2025.
7. Winners must respond to ClicAssure within 10 days of being contacted to confirm acceptance. Failure to respond within this period will result in the cancellation of the scholarship.
8. Only one application per student will be accepted.
9. The prize will be awarded to the winners in the form of a check.
10. ClicAssure is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or late submissions, including due to a technical failure of the ClicAssure email inbox for any reason during the contest period, including any damage to the computer or mobile device of an eligible person.
11. ClicAssure commits to destroying the personal information submitted by the participants within 3 months of receipt.
12. The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the contest, in whole or in part, if an event or human intervention compromises or affects the management, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest in accordance with established rules. The organizer disclaims any liability in this regard.
13. In no event shall the organizer be required to distribute more prizes than provided or to award a prize in a manner inconsistent with the scholarship rules.
14. By participating or attempting to participate in this scholarship, each person releases the organizer and entities benefiting from the scholarship from any liability and any damage that may result from their participation or attempted participation. To be declared winners, selected participants must sign an acceptance form confirming their compliance with the scholarship regulations and accepting the liability releases in favor of the beneficiaries, including the organizer.
15. To allow eligible persons to participate in the ClicAssure Scholarship, the organizer must collect, use, and share certain personal information concerning them. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy. By applying for the scholarship, participants consent to the organizer collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information as part of the administration of the scholarship and the awarding of prizes, in accordance with applicable regulations and the privacy policy. By accepting a prize, and subject to their consent, winners authorize the organizer to collect, use, disclose, and communicate their name, place of residence (city, province), statements regarding the prize, as well as their image, voice, or any other representation for advertising or promotional purposes without financial compensation. This information may be disseminated on various platforms (such as the website or social media), and the winner grants usage and reproduction rights for this purpose.
